Eleni Ioan. Antoniadou MSc (administration), PhD (education), member of the Scientific Committee of the Hellenic Intermunicipal Network of Healthy Cities of the World Health Organization Dr. Eleni Antoniadou was born in the Prefecture of Grevena and studied in Thessaloniki. She holds a Master’s degree in Administration and a PhD in Education. She has participated in scientific conferences and has published articles in academic journals as well as in literary editions. She has written song lyrics that were set to music, including “DiAnoia” and “Eighth Day,” among others. She has an extensive record of volunteer and social work in child and elderly care structures, as well as scientific work in the field of intergenerational studies. She has undertaken and successfully completed numerous initiatives aimed at raising awareness on issues of age resilience and healthy development, designing and implementing a series of actions addressed to groups within Institutions and Organizations. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Hellenic Intermunicipal Network of Healthy Cities of the World Health Organization. She was elected Municipal Councilor of Thessaloniki in 2023. She serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Infant Center of Thessaloniki “Agios Stylianos.” She is also a member of the Equality and Human Rights Committee of the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece. She works at the Region of Central Macedonia and is the mother of two children.
