Ivan Svetlik
Secretary general of the Rectors Forum of Southeast Europe and Western Balkans
Ivan Svetlik is professor emeritus of the University of Ljubljana. Currently he serves as a Secretary general of the Rectors Forum of Southeast Europe and Western Balkans, and is involved in the EUTOPIA MORE European university alliances' project.. His professional field is social sciences (sociology). His research and teaching has been focused on labor market policies, quality of life, education, human resources, social policy and sustainable development. He was rector of the University of Ljubljana and minister of labor and social affairs in the Slovenian government.
