Konstantinos Chatoupis
Director of Patient Accounting, “Interbalkan Medical Center” of Thessaloniki
Konstantinos Chatoupis is an experienced healthcare administration executive with a long-standing career in financial, commercial, and patient accounting services within one of Greece’s leading private healthcare institutions. He has held positions of increasing responsibility at the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki, developing extensive expertise in patient accounting, hospital financial operations, administrative coordination, and commercial management.
Since March 2025, he has served as Commercial Director at the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki. Prior to this appointment, from April 2008 to February 2025, he held the position of Director of Patient Accounting at the same institution, overseeing the administrative and financial processes related to patient services and hospital billing operations.
From April 2002 to March 2008, he served as Head of Patient Accounting at the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki, while from May 2000 to March 2002 he was Head of the Patient Admissions Office, contributing to the effective coordination of patient admission and administrative procedures.
He began his professional career in January 1997 as an Administrative Officer in the Financial Services Department of the Athens Medical Center, where he served until April 2000.
