Vassilis Kyriazis
Senior executive with 30+ years of experience in Audiovisual, Conference, and large-scale institutional systems.
Vassilis Kyriazis is CEO of Telmaco S.A., with more than 30 years of
experience in audiovisual, conference, and large-scale institutional
systems.
He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London
and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where
he specialized in information systems and digital image processing.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a researcher at Canon Research
Center America, focusing on image processing and pattern recognition
systems. This work led to the award of a U.S. patent in the field of
image processing and machine-readable visual information.
Since joining Telmaco in 1995, he has held senior technical and
leadership roles, contributing to the company’s long-term growth and
technological evolution. He has been involved in the introduction and
deployment of advanced AV technologies from the early stages of their
adoption, including control-room video walls, large-scale
videoconferencing, LED walls, and immersive projection systems.
Since 2012, he has led Telmaco’s strategic expansion into the European
Union Institutions in Brussels, establishing a strong and continuously
growing presence in a highly demanding international market.
