Dalibor Đukić
Dalibor Đukić Associate Professor and Vice Dean for International cooperation of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law Dalibor Đukić is an Associate Professor and Vice Dean for International cooperation of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, Republic of Serbia. He teaches Ecclesiastical Law and Serbian Legal History. Additionally, he lectures in the postgraduate program Religion in Society, Culture and European Integrations at the University of Belgrade, the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, and the postgraduate program Religion, Geopolitics, and Global Security at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. His research focuses on the legal status of religious organizations, ecclesiastical law, state-religion relations, the law of Eastern Churches, and the legal protection of freedom of religion or belief. He also served as president of the Committee for Accreditation of study programmes of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and Disciplinary Comission of the University of Belgrade. He is a member of the International Academic Advisory Board of the Central European Association for Comparative Law, Budapest, Hungary, International Consortium for Law and Religion Studies (ICLARS), Milan, Italy, the Society for the Law of the Eastern Churches (SLEC), Vienna, Austria, and the International Center for Orthodox Studies, Niš, Serbia. Additionally, he serves as a member of the International Advisory and Peer Review Board for four academic journals: Central European Journal of Comparative Law (CEJCL), Law, Identity, and Values (LIVe), Balkans Legal, Economic and Social Studies (BLESS), and De iurisprudentia et iure publico (IEIP). He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Central European Researchers' Blog.
