Panagiotis Panteliadis
Director of the interconnected hospitals of AHEPA and the Hospital for Special Diseases of Thessaloniki &Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University General Hospital of Thessaloniki AHEPA.
Panagiotis Panteliadis is an Obstetrician–Gynecologist with extensive experience in the healthcare sector and in the management of healthcare organizations. He graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and obtained his specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In parallel, he pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration, specializing in the management and financial administration of healthcare service units.
He has more than 35 years of professional experience, having been active in both the private and public sectors. He is the founder and owner of the private maternity clinic “Tatiana”, while also developing significant entrepreneurial activity in the healthcare field. Additionally, he has held senior executive positions as a Management Consultant and Chief Executive Officer in major private healthcare organizations with clinics and laboratories, such as Euromedica and Bioclinic.
He served as Director at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki “Hippokration” (2009–2010), and as Director of the interconnected hospitals of the University General Hospital of Thessaloniki AHEPA and the Hospital for Special Diseases of Thessaloniki (2014–2015). Since 2020, he has again been serving as Director of the interconnected hospitals of AHEPA and the Hospital for Special Diseases of Thessaloniki, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University General Hospital of Thessaloniki AHEPA.
Throughout his professional career, he has contributed to the design and implementation of strategic development plans, the improvement of organizational efficiency, and the enhancement of the quality of healthcare services provided. His work includes human resource management, change management, and the implementation of modern innovative practices.
He has participated in numerous scientific conferences and training programs in the fields of healthcare and management. He has served as President of the Association of Private Clinics of Northern Greece and is a member of scientific and social organizations.
He speaks English and Italian and has excellent computer skills.
