Christina Tsardikos

President Nostos, Argentina

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she is a graduate of Medicine from the National University of Buenos Aires (UBA), with postgraduate studies at Universidad del Salvador and Universidad Católica Argentina. She specializes in General and Plastic Surgery.

She has served as a Professor of Biomedical Physics and Surgery at public and private universities in Argentina and has been honored by the National Academy of Medicine of Argentina for her ethics and professional contribution. She is President of the Association of Greek Doctors of Argentina.

Founder and President of the Hellenic Cultural Organization “Nostos,” she has developed significant activity in promoting the Greek language and culture in Latin America. She served as President of the Union of Greek Writers of the Five Continents (2018–2024) and is the Latin America Coordinator of the International Society of Friends of Nikos Kazantzakis.

She teaches Greek language and culture at the National University of Buenos Aires and in Greek communities across Latin America, holding a Level D certification from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has organized more than 100 cultural events, 15 “Nostos” Greek Conferences, literary competitions, and international collaborations with universities and institutional bodies in Greece and Argentina.

She has delivered lectures at the Argentine Parliament, the Acropolis Museum, and at universities in Greece and Argentina, actively promoting Hellenism in the Diaspora.
