Els Hanappe is the Coordinator of the Fulbright Scholarship Program for Greek citizens, administering awards for study, academic research and/or lecturing, and professional development across all disciplines at U.S. educational, cultural, and research institutions. The programs support Greek faculty, researchers, arts professionals, Ph.D. candidates, graduate students, and educators. She also acts as an EducationUSA Advisor, providing guidance on study in the United States and information on the U.S. higher education landscape.

Georgia Petridou serves as the Head of the Financial and Administrative Support Unit (MODY) for the Special Account for Research Funds at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She leads a diverse team of over 100 professionals, overseeing the comprehensive financial and administrative management of the university’s research, educational, and developmental programs.
With extensive expertise in research fund management and the integration of academic innovation into the market, she is committed to operational excellence and providing support services to the AUTh research community.
She graduated with a degree from the Department of Economics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia, Greece.
