Dušan Spasojević graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and went on to become a barrister. As a Chevening Scholar he completed his MSc in European Studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Between 2000 and 2013, Mr Spasojević served as Chief of Staff of the Federal Minister of Internal Affairs, Foreign Policy Adviser to the President of the Republic of Serbia, Deputy Minister of Defence and Serbian Ambassador to Turkey. From February 2016 until March 2024 he was the Serbian Ambassador to Greece. He is a Lecturer of Diplomacy and Defence at the Department of Strategic and Defence Studies at the Faculty of Security Studies of the University of Belgrade.
Dušan Spasojević is the author of two books: Between Turkey and Europe: notes and testimonies between two diplomatic missions (Belgrade: Čigoja Press, 2016 and 2019) and Greece: War of Independence, Creation of the State and Rebirth of the Nation (Athens: Kastaniotis, 2023, and Belgrade: Čigoja Press, Institute for Recent History, Institute for European Studies, Šaper Foundation, 2021 and 2022).
He is fluent in English and Greek, and understands Russian. He is married to Justine Anne and they have two daughters, Tara and Una.
The President of the Hellenic Republic bestowed upon Mr Spasojević the Medal of Honour in 2007. In 2009 the President of the Republic of Italy honoured him with Commander of the Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity.
Major General Vasileios Chatzidakis is the Director of the Information Technology and Cyberspace Directorate of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff.
He was born in Thessaloniki in 1966, entered the Hellenic Air Force Academy in 1984, and graduated in 1988 with the rank of Second Lieutenant.
During his career, he served in Information Technology Staff positions and Information Systems Centers of the Hellenic Air Force. In particular, he served as Director of the Information Technology Directorate of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff, Head of the Cybersecurity, Standardization and Training Department, and Head of Operational Information Systems.
As a Commander, he served for four consecutive years at the Information Systems Center of the Air Training Command and for five years at the Information Systems Center of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff.
Major General Vasileios Chatzidakis possesses significant NATO experience. In 2011, he was assigned to the NATO Programming Centre, where he served as Deputy Branch Chief and Director for Standardization and Training in operational information systems. He also participates in various Alliance committees either as a regular member or as a national expert.
He holds postgraduate specialization degrees in Information Technology from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom and is a certified trainer and author in Information Technology Service Management (ITIL) and Project Management (PRINCE2). He also holds international certifications in commercial and military information systems.
He was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General in 2021 and served for three years as Director of the Information Technology Directorate of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff.
In 2024, he was transferred to the Joint Information Technology Corps of the Hellenic Armed Forces and initially assumed the duties of Deputy Director of the Information Technology Directorate of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff. Subsequently, in 2025, following his promotion to Major General, he assumed the duties of Director.
He speaks English. He is married and has two children
